Welcome to Nashville Tour! Before booking your tour, please review this Liability Waiver and Terms carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By booking a tour with Nashville Tour (“the Company”), you (“the Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Walking Tour Notice
This is a walking tour that may involve uneven terrain, street crossings, low-light conditions, and exposure to varying weather. - Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, and other hazards. - Personal Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically capable of completing the walking tour and agree to act responsibly for your safety. Proper footwear and attire are recommended. - Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Nashville Tour, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation. - Weather & Unforeseen Events
Tours operate rain or shine unless canceled by the Company. In rare cases of severe weather or unforeseen events, Nashville Tour reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel tours. Refunds or rescheduling options may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
2. Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.
- Late Arrivals
Tours start promptly at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive late may join the tour in progress, but no refunds will be issued for missed portions. - Children & Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Photo & Video Release (Optional)
By participating, you grant permission for Nashville Tour to use photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing or promotional purposes unless you opt out by notifying your guide in advance. - Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in the tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Terms & Conditions.
